“A truly poetic film” - Marc Didden

*Mediafilm:

“What makes Rue Verte so unique is that it is a very beautiful illustration of mutual integration, that it is possible after all. Not by denying one's own culture but rather by learning to respect the other culture”.

*Film & Televisie:

"The discovery of the '94 edition was called Dorothée van den Berghe. (…) Van den Berghe manages to portray the women with razor-sharp precision and observes the slow process of rapprochement with respect and through an endearing camera eye.”
