“Ageing is pleasant, you learn from it”
Written By Dorothée van den Berghe
Let yourself be touched (that adds nuance)
‘A scenario or dialogue starts from a conflict situation. You write from the perspective of one character, but also think about how the other character would react to that or what he or she could say against it. Constantly putting yourself in other positions is not only important in film. By discussing with others and looking at things from their point of view, you let yourself be touched by them and you start to understand their position better. If you stick to your own opinion, it only becomes more extreme and you do not allow yourself to understand them. (De Standaard)
